1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer reliable shipping options across the United Kingdom:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2 to 5 business days. 
- Shipping Rates: Calculated clearly at checkout based on order size and total destination weight.
- Tracking: Every shipment includes a direct tracking link, which will be emailed to you automatically as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.

3. International Shipping
Currently, Charial Commerce Ltd focuses entirely on domestic fulfillment within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure the highest standard of local customer service and transit reliability.

4. Shipping Addresses and P.O. Boxes
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes at this time.

5. Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive an item that was damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@charialcommerce.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will work quickly to secure a suitable replacement or refund.
